Description
The iconic Copenhagen candlestick from Georg Jensen was originally designed in 1960 by Georg Jensen’s son Søren Georg Jensen. It was first created as an altar candle to be used in modern Scandinavian churches. In 2007, the candlestick was updated as a more modern version in stainless steel to be used in the everyday home. The simple and clean lines of this design represents typical Danish design of the post-World War II era.
