Description
The Unikko tea cup was designed by Sami Ruotsalainen with a pattern design by Maija Isola. The Marimekko tea cup is decorated with the iconic Unikko pattern, which has become somewhat of a hallmark for Marimekko. Originally however, Marimekko’s founder, Armi Ratia, was against floral patterns, but Maija Isola managed to convince her, and we’re glad she did. Unikko was a success!
