The Vakka storage box from Iittala is a multifunctional storage solution from designers Elin and Klaus Aalto. The vision was to design an aesthetically pleasing design that does not look like a typical storage box and in this they have succeeded. The Vakka storage box can be used as a side table, traditional storage box or nightstand. It is also possible to stack the boxes on top of one another for more storage at different heights. Vakka storage boxes are made of birch plywood and produced in Finland, where they have extensive experience in veneer production.
